The general tolerance is controlled at the ±0.01 mm level. Some products also require secondary processes such as injection molding, electroplating and riveting.

1. Camera Module Hardware

Products include lens anti-shake brackets, sensor fixing bases and miniature grounding contact springs. They ensure stable image stabilization and signal transmission for photography. Mostly made of SUS304 stainless steel, these parts are fabricated via stamping and CNC machining with a tight tolerance of ±0.005 mm. We use nickel/gold-plated phosphor copper and gold-plated copper alloy. These materials deliver long mating cycle life, stable signal performance and reliable high-current transmission.

5. Functional Auxiliary Hardware

Such as speaker dust-proof meshes and wireless charging shielding sheets, these parts integrate practical functions with magnetic field shielding.
