We prioritize high-purity aluminum sourced from a single batch. The concentration, temperature and processing time of degreasing solution are precisely controlled to ensure uniform surface wettability of workpieces. For parts requiring a high-gloss surface, parameters of chemical polishing (temperature and duration) are kept extremely stable.The anodizing tank is fitted with an automatic replenishment system to maintain sulfuric acid concentration and aluminum ion content within the optimal range. Equipped with high-precision temperature controllers and constant voltage / constant current power supplies, our production line ensures equal current density on every workpiece mounted on hangers. Anodizing time is accurate to the second to achieve uniform coating thickness, so all batches work under identical conditions in the coloring tank.
