Our solution
Strengthening ribs are installed in weak areas, paired with high-precision positioning holes and pins, relying on BOSI micrometer level tolerance control (positional accuracy<0.01mm) to ensure repeated positioning accuracy during assembly and prevent dimensional deviation instability.
Multi material screening ensures no sand holes after stamping and polishing, and 15 stamping processes achieve integrated molding, ensuring consistent mass production accuracy and minimal assembly error control; Eliminating micro unevenness through polishing, achieving seamless connection through laser welding, and precise time control through chrome plating, thus passing customer level testing.
Using aluminum or titanium alloy composite materials to accurately match material properties and weight reduction goals, hollowing and drilling are carried out in non critical stress areas to remove redundant mass, and the original multiple parts are changed to an integrated design. High precision and low precision matching errors are achieved through micrometer level manufacturing.
