The diameter of the heat dissipation hole of the shielding cover is 1mm. If there is a flat drop in the shielding cover or shielding bracket, pay attention to cutting through the side at the boundary of the drop, otherwise it cannot be processed.

In addition, a hole with a diameter of 3mm should be drilled at the corner of the drop in the plane, otherwise it will tear. If the shielding cover or shielding bracket has a drop in the plane, pay attention to the drop angle of 35-40 degrees. If the angle is too large, it will crack during processing. If the shielding cover or shielding bracket has a drop in the plane, the gap between the bracket and the cover surface at the drop should not be 0, but should be 0.1mm.

The gap between the metal shielding cover and the shielding bracket plane should be at least 1mm away from the outer wall of the side wall. If there is a downward bend inside, the distance between the bent side wall and the outer wall should be 0.5mm. At this time, the plane should be directly attached to the gap 15 of the side wall. The inner angle of the shielding bracket gap area should be R0.5mm.
